South East Regionals - Youth Championships - Weekend Two
Weekend two of the South East Regional Championships which was for swimmers in the Youth category (15 years and over) at the High Wycombe Leisure Centre. Woking Swimming Club had 13 swimmers in attendance and all turned up ready to go with a strong effort throughout the weekend.
For half of the swimmers it was their first regional level meet and a great learning experience for them all. Many of them were aiming to post fast times to get into the national rankings for the Summer British and English Championships, including 2 relays. The window closes next weekend so they will have to now wait and see how they faired.
