Arena League Round 1
Round 1 of the National Arena League was swum at the Pool in the Park on Saturday the 11th of October. Woking Swimming Club finished in 2nd place and have given ourselves a good chance of going on to the regional final again this season but need to execute a similar performance in the next round in order to do so.
We recorded 7 x 1st place finishes at the event. There were some real promising signs considering it was so early in the season. The team showed great team spirit with support and cheering and was the stand out club on the night in this area.

2025 was the first time Woking Swimming Club had put a B Team into the National Arena League and they were placed into the Division Two West. This will offer opportunity to more of our swimmers to improve and gain experience.
The first round for the Team B of the National Arena League was swum at the Braywick Leisure Center, Maidenhead on Saturday the 11th of October. Woking Swimming Club won this round and have given us a good chance of going on to the Top final round but need to execute in the next round in order to do so.
The points were tight on the night as we had a number of disqualifications for relay changeovers and technical infraction. This area needs to improve strongly for the next round and we will be looking at possible changes to help improve this result. The team showed great team spirit with support and cheering.
