Short Course Regional Championships

Woking Swimming Club attended the South East Regional Short Course Championship held in Winchester over the weekend. The first championship of the season produced a number of good swims for WSC in one of the toughest Regions.

 

Sophie King won the 100 in a new club record of 1:09.21. Sophie also won the 50 Breaststroke in a time of 32.33. She also achieved a Bronze in the 50 Butterfly in the Senior category with a time of 28.09. 

 

Tegan Gale won a Bronze in the 100 Butterfly Junior category recording a time of 1:02.96 just shy of her PB of 1:02.87 she set in the heats.   

 

Darcy Arnold won a Bronze for the 800 Freestyle in the Junior category with a time of 9:10.31.
