Inhalers must be with the swimmer on pool side |

Epipens must be easily available in the swimmer's bag |

Do not swim with ear ache |

Do not swim with an upset stomach or if you feel sick |

Do not swim if you are likely to infect others with an
illness |

Be sensible regarding wounds. You should not swim if a cut
cannot be safely and securely covered or if a graze is likely to cause problems in the
water |

Do not train if you are taking antibiotics. Check with the
Coach/Team Manager regarding galas in this situation |

If you have a history of suffering from conditions such as
fainting or nose bleeds we expect you to be accompanied at the pool during training
sessions. You must liaise with the Coach if it involves pools other than Woking |
 |
The Coach/Teacher MUST be made aware if
your knees, neck, shoulders or back hurt. Further investigation by a doctor may be likely
if the problem persists |
