ASA Registration Cards
Registration with the ASA is compulsory.
- From 2006 the membership cards issued by
the ASA to all swimmers, officials, coaches etc will be LIFE CARDS, i.e.
they will be valid for as long as you are registered with the ASA.
- Membership will continue to be renewed at the start of each year but
only cards for new members will be issued.
- If the life card is lost, you will have to pay a fee (currently
£5.00) to have it replaced. This is charged by the ASA, not us!
- The Life card will continue to be valid if a swimmer changes
category* or moves to a different club.
- As before, you may need to produce this Life card at Open Meets,
County Championships etc.
- Your ASA registration number is on the card – you will need this
number when entering Open Meets.
